What are your delivery zones?
We currently deliver across the Golden Horseshoe. Please refer to our map. If you don’t see your city, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (905)636-0406 to see what options there are.
When will my order get delivered?
We currently ship on Wednesday’s thru Saturday’s only. During checkout, you will be able to choose which day you would like to get your shipment on. Please note that our cut off time is 6pm the day before our shipping days.
Once your order is placed and paid thru our online ordering platform we will deliver your products on your selected day you chose. We deliver between 10am - 3pm. If you require an adjustment on your delivery time, please call us at (905)636-0406, so we can try to accommodate your request. Once your order is on route we will text you within the hour that your package is expected to arrive. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific delivery time. Do I need to be home when my package is delivered?
We do suggest to be home if you can, but if you are not the package will be left at your door. Once the package is delivered it is the customers responsibility to make sure the package is brought inside. For those living in a building, we will either leave package in area for packages or we will contact customer to come to lobby to pick up package from driver. Unfortunately at this time we will not bring package to your door. If you have any special requests please call us at (905)636-0406 and let us know!
Please also provide your cell phone number in your contact information, so we can contact you if we need to and it will also be used to send you a text to track your package.
Do you offer pick-up?
Yes! Our retail location is located at 295 Main St. East Unit 8. We are located at the back of the plaza where our restaurant is located. Its best to park in the parking lot off of Millside. We accept walk-ins, call in or order online and choose the pick-up option.
How are the products packaged?
Our products will arrive frozen, except for our sauces (which can be later frozen, to be eaten at a later date). We package our products in an enclosed styrofoam box with ice packs. This will keep your products cold.
How do I prepare my donair products?
All our products will include cooking and heating directions. Our shaved donair meat is packaged in a oven safe container, which can be heated directly in your oven (not microwaveable). As for our burgers and dogs, those must be cooked thouroughly to temperature. Those products are reccommended on the BBQ. Please read directions for cooking instructions.
Will my donair sauce be frozen?
We will ship your Donair Sauce fresh in tamperproof containers. We have done this to have your sauce eaten right away within expiry date. If you are not planing to use your sauce right away, we suggest to freeze until you decide to use. To thaw sauce you must place in your refrigerator the night before to thaw naturally in the refrigerator and then eaten. Always store your sauce in refrigerator. Do not heat or leave unrefrigerated as in can spoil.
I am allergic to gluten or other things, what do I do?
Though we offer gluten free products, they are prepared in a kitchen or facility with other gluten products, therefore we cannot guarantee that the allergen is completely absent from the product. We recommend if you do have any type of allergy to call us so we can discuss your options.
